Unified Glands
T-BIRD’S NEW Unified GLAND ELIMINATES SEAL INSTALLATION PROBLEMS. Prevent assembly errors with the factory-installed seals in T-Bird’s new Unified Gland. Our design will save you time and money with easier installation and less trouble with gland performance down the road. With our unique set up, wear material is locked in place and will never move in the system. This means wear surfaces can’t escape to cause leaks or major issues. The Unified Gland is currently available up to an 8” OD. Unified Gland Features: Made in USA at an ISO-9001 Production Facility, Metal parts made from high tensile & yield 1045 steel as standard (other grades available), Can be configured using a wide variety of seal profiles, Can be configured using a variety of wiper designs, Wear material is high strength glass-filled compound with tight tolerances (other material options available), Unique locked-in design prevents any movement of wear surfaces. Gland Benefits: Unique design reduces negative impact of side loads, Prevents issues associated with “stack up tolerances”, In certain cases additional stroke length is achieved.

Power Seal is Tooled on over 600 sizes. We offer a wide variety of standard and non-standard adapters, Telescopic pack sets and kits, Full range of hard-to-find sizes available, Bearing, v-set and wiper combinations. We offer a wide spread of options when it comes to our seal Kits/Sets. We offer seal Kits/Sets assembled with a variety of Hytrel, Nylon, Neo/Fab, & Viton/Fab, as well as your choice of pattern such as (1-3-2-1 or 1-4-1, i.e.) to fit your needs. We also offer Bearing Kits and Hyco Sets. We offer sizes ranging from.37 through 17.50 — SIZES DEPENDING MATERIAL USED.
Wear-rings
Power Seal is tooled on more than 150 sizes, OD’s up to 10” - widths up to 1”. Manufactured with heat stabilized glass-reinforced nylon for flexural strength, impact resistance and compressive strength. We try our best to maintain an average of 2-4 week lead times (upon received order), however we do attempt to keep available stock for your convenience.

Shipping
We work with customer UPS & FedEx accounts for anything under 50lbs. We will freight parts, however customers will need to schedule freight/truck pickups.
Payments
Our billing is net-30, as long as you are in good standing with us. Until we become familiar with each other, we ask new customers to pay prior to us shipping, . You can also provide credit references, nevertheless it will be up to our discretion to immediately allow net-30 or not.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for non-conformance parts.
Requirements
We do our best to quote as quickly as possible.
Power Seal - We ask that orders have a minimum $100.00 total, with any particular line item having a minimum of $50.00.
T-bird Machine - Any requested machine parts require a blueprint, and tolerances as we machine to your specific print. 50 piece minimum for all machined parts.
